Masterpiece has done it again! I loved the new Sense and Sensibility aired on PBS a few weeks ago. The actors had such chemistry. The sister bond was painfully realistic, and the tension between the lovers was crazy. I was more emotionally vested in this one than the Emma Thompson version, a must see if you missed it. It's available on Netflix, just look for the 2008 version.

I loved it, too! I missed Alan Rickman as Colonel Brandon, but other than that I liked the characters better. And you're right, the chemistry between the couples was palpable!
I've already seen it 4 times. Well, had it on in the background, anyway. I actually watched the Emma Thompson one again yesterday during laundry and I have to say that I still really love that one. It's so pretty. Two S&S's to love.
